JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Customs document

• Make declaration sheet for import-export cargo on VNACC system;
• Verify HS Code, commodity code
• Follow the progress handling cargo, delivery of cargo and solve all problems (if any)
• Monitor trucking for im/export shipments
• Update status of cargo to customers on time
• Make and check all forms of C/O, specialized procedures: quality inspection, certificate for standard product, inspection food safety, phytosanitary, health certificate,…
• Make daily report to submit leaders
• Input selling buying rate on Fast system
• Collect documents for customers and scan –save –forward files to accounting

Customs customer service

• Consult about  import export procedures for customers, import tax policy and assist in solving related issues (customs price consultation, post clearance inspection)
• Frequently update information, legal documents about import-export to customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Level: Graduated college and up specialized in economic, foreign trade, transportation, finance-customs

Experience:  At least 1 experience  year specialized in forwarding, logistics

Competence:

• Good knowledge and experience of forwarding ( seafreight, airfreight), import-export, transportation, customs
• Proficiency in  office software : Word, Excel, Internet…
• English skills: using email and direct  deal in English about work with foreigner agents.

• Ablility to organize work
• Good working in import-export, forwarding, logistics.

Good communication, Positive, sensitive,  honesty, learning spirit.

Careful, hardworking, responsible and high teamwork. Able to withstand  high  pressure
